Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged at a flat rate no matter how large your order is. We are pleased to say that shipping to Canberra residents is free! Otherwise we charge three different shipping costs based on how far away from Canberra you are:
- New South Wales, Victoria, Brisbane and Adelaide is $5.00
- Tasmania, the Northern Territory, regional South Australia and regional Queensland is $10.00
- Western Australia and Norfolk Island is $15.00
Your exact shipping rate will be determined by your postcode when you check out.
How Long will my order take to arrive?
Generally I expect orders to arrive in 3-10 days depending on what day of the week you order and where abouts in Australia you live. Normally Orders placed on or before a Monday will be posted/delivered that same week and orders after Monday the following week. I try and get New Releases out to you as close to release date as possible either on the Thursday or Friday before the release or the Monday or Tuesday after Release.
What's with the name?
I am a massive fan of the cosmic horror writings of HP Lovecraft. "The Call of Cthulhu" is perhaps his best-known work but do yourself a favour and read "The Case of Charles Dexter Ward", "The Dream Quest of Unknown Kadath" or "The Picture in the House". My store name is a tribute to his unbounded imagination and to the greatness of his work.
My order didn't arrive - now what?
Please get in touch with us and we will find out what's going on. We've never lost an order yet.
My models are missing parts or are deformed - should I send them back to you?
No! Please contact us straight away and describe exactly what is wrong. If you can send pictures of malformed parts that also helps. We will pass this info to Games Workshop and they will arrange to send me a replacement part which I will forward directly to you.
How come you are able to offer such a large discount - does Games Workshop know what you're doing?
I get this a lot. I have a trade account with Games Workshop and buy all of my stock from them. I offer the large discount mainly because I can, and with the prices so low everyone can buy more and enjoy their hobby more. That's the main thing.
Do you support the local gaming community? If so, how?
I am passionate about supporting the local gaming community and do so wherever possible. Mainly I offer generous prize support to a number of the local tournaments around Canberra (CanCon, ANUWTF, Pheno and ANUCon to name a few). If you are a local club and are organising a tournament please contact me to discuss prize support or any other way I can help you out.
